Tracking your order

Upon receiving your Tineco floor washer
We recommend following these steps as soon as your parcel arrives:
Examine the outer packaging before signing the delivery receipt. If there is any visible damage (dented, torn or wet carton), report it immediately to the delivery driver and note it on the receipt.
Open the box and verify that all accessories listed in the product description are included: main unit, charging dock or base station, clean water tank, dirty water tank, spare brush roll, cleaning solution, user documentation.
Carry out a brief test of the appliance: power on, suction, water distribution, screen operation and self-cleaning cycle where applicable.
If you notice a defect, a missing part or a malfunction, contact the seller's customer service within 48 hours of delivery.
Returns and refunds
Right of withdrawal: under EU consumer law, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise your right of withdrawal, without needing to give a reason. Some sellers extend this period to 30 days.
Return procedure: go to your order page on the seller's platform, select the product in question, state the reason for the return, repack the appliance in its original packaging with all accessories, ship the parcel according to the seller's instructions, and keep your proof of postage.
Acceptance conditions: the product must be unused or only briefly tested, in its original box in good condition, with all accessories present, and show no signs of extended use.
Return shipping costs — faulty on arrival: the seller covers return costs. Wrong item delivered: the seller covers return costs. Warranty defect: the seller covers return costs. Change of mind: return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, unless the seller states otherwise.
Refund timeline: refunds are typically processed within 5 to 14 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected by the seller.
Warranty
All Tineco floor washers and carpet cleaners benefit from the EU legal guarantee of conformity of 2 years. This guarantee covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions that are not attributable to the user.
Defects covered by the warranty: motor or suction power issues, charging dock or base station malfunction, screen, sensor or charging system defects, battery problems (excluding normal wear from charge cycles).
Items not covered: normal wear of consumables (brush rolls, filters, mop pads, seals), damage caused by improper use or non-recommended cleaning products, repairs carried out by an unauthorised provider, shipping damage not reported upon receipt.
